# 10. Bessel Functions

${I}_{\nu }\left(x\right)$ denotes the modified Bessel function of order $\nu$; see DLMF (10.25.2).
Computations are currently restricted to integer and half-integer orders $\nu$, and real values of $x$, with $-\frac{1}{2}\le \nu \le 1000$ and $|x|\le 1000$.
